[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago and it is great! I never thought I would use “pretty” and “refrigerator” in the same review but the refrigerator is very pretty, especially inside. The black and the side lighting is very nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Jenn Air refridgerato was missing parts when delivered. Certain shelves of the refridgerator are different tempertors. I would not recommend this refridgerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 18 months the fridge door hinge broke and when the door broke loose it damaged the frame so the whole unit had to be replaced. Terrible construction. These 100lb doors are held on by just a few self tapping screws. Also, while the lighting looks cool the LED lights are wired in series and are not user replaceable. Ours gave out after a year which was ok because it was a warranty repair but watch out after 2 years! The tech told me this is a known problem so maybe Jenn Air will figure it out.

Cons: Unstable

The interior is simply beautiful with the LED lighting and obsidian interior. Only a couple of disappointing features - it is the only RISE appliance we purchased without WiFi connectivity and the ice maker seems cheap for this kind of upscale appliance
