Great looking, medium quality construction, failed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice looking, very expensive fridge/freezer, but the quality is not there. We've had numerous problems with it. As of today 2/24/2026, we have been down without this appliance since late January. It doesn't cool. It took three weeks to get the first service tech here and he was unable to fix it. We're still without a fridge/freezer at nearly a month now.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Unstable

Replacement for prior model that is discontinued

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not sure, as I have not been happy with my Jenn Air appliances this time around in my new home. My former model which is discontinued quit due to a fuse in less than 4 years. I have all Jenn Air appliances, and I am not happy with my performance of my microwave and dishwasher. I had Jenn Air appliances in my last home, and they were much better than these more recent models.
Cons: Unstable

Stay away, freezer fluctuates between 0 and 20 f

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far this fridge has been a huge, expensive disappointment. We bought it along with a jenn air stove, dishwasher and microwave. We loved how large the fridge is and the black interior. However we noticed quickly that the freezer would fluctuate between 0 and 20 F all day causing a layer of frost everywhere from the constant thawing and refreezing. Jenn air originally wanted to replace our compressor but we said a brand new 11k fridge should not need such a major renovation like that and they agreed and replaced the whole unit. Unfortunately this new fridge is doing the exact same thing, but the compressor running is at least a lot quieter. And this will happen even with the freezer door closed all day. We are realizing we should have done our research and avoided this high end brand all together. It seems the constant change in temperate is normal for this fridge. We are left with soupy ice cream :(

Poor documentation and support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was built in when I purchased my home. But it has poor documentation. The document says the door can either open 90 degrees or 110 degrees. I don’t know how to open it to 110 degrees. Without this I cannot remove any of the freezer drawers. In the product videos the fridge is shown with an inside water dispenser but it is absent in my installation
