Beautiful inside and out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the fridge and installed 2 months ago. The food is kept at correct temperature. Love the ice bucket feature inside the door. Love the dark inside casing and led lights. The decorative handles are beautiful. Heavy doors. Really have to give them a push to shut.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were replacing a 48" SubZero and didn't want another one. We were on the fence about the Jenn-Air, mainly because I didn't really like the black interior and lighting. We ordered it, anyway, and I WAS WRONG. The interior is really beautiful, and I love ever time I open the doors. We didn't want the exterior ice/water dispenser, and are really pleased with the oversized ice bin with very easy access. In all, this was a great choice.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Bulky

Everything on it is so beautifully appointed, and works way beyond our expectations. Everyone that comes into our house and sees it is amazed. Thank you for a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this installed about a month ago and am so extremely happy with my purchase!!! It is truly flush inset and the stainless steel exterior is so sleek in our kitchen! The obsidian interior is amazing and the lighting is phenomenal. What drew me to this product was that it was the largest internal cubic volume of any side by side fridge. However, what I didn't expect was to get so many compliments on its appearance! We managed to secure a set of the Euro handles which for us work wonderfully in our kitchen. Also, the stainless steel matches our BlueStar stove really well. I would recommend this fridge to anyone and everyone. Only downside is the stainless steel smudges easily, but that's to be expected with that material.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
Cons: Difficult To Clean

Nice but not Sub Zero

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instead of waiting for a year to replace my Sub Zero with a new one I bought what was currently available for our second home. I like the Jenn-Air but there are a few features that I don't like. The shelves are not as deep as the Sub Zero and they do not fit flush against the back wall, there is about a 1 inch gap, so small items can fall through the opening. It's difficult to get the ice bin out to empty it. I don't get the settings for the produce and deli drawers and the instructions are not helpful. The design is sleek and cool looking inside. I have not had the appliance long enough to add more.

Still deciding if I like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was bought because old fridge died during the Pandemic and most 48" built-ins were 8-12 months out. Ferguson had one in a warehouse so this was the purchase. It has a small freezer but most do. Not liking the dark gray interior because it is like having a black car. All items on the glass shelf leave water rings which are noticeable with dark interior. Paper towel lint or dish cloths leave lint amplified by the dark interior. So far I don't know the answer to this. I bought acrylic bins to put things inside so I can clean those instead. Another issue that I hope is not true but I can not open the doors wide enough to remove the ice bin or fridge drawers to clean. I wiped them out instead. I'm still going through the installation instructions and hope there is an adjustment to this. The installers didn't know and they took a month to install it with numerous trips. As of yesterday, I'm using it.
