Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looked great when it arrived but we are very disappointed as we found our fruits frozen in the drawer. The temperature in the upper drawer is -5C and 2C in the other one. The temperature inside the refrigerator is 2C. The thermostat is settled at 37F.
That’s only one of the problems :
The doors have a gap.
The corners of the doors have a defect..Installer said it shouldn’t be like that!
We reported the problems to Ferguson where we purchased it, and are waiting for their answer.
My husband is very disappointed as he is the one who chose Jennair, personally I wanted Subzero !!

Great refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lighting is fabulous, as are the door shelves which are solid so as not to allow thin items to slip out of shelf, as our subzero shelves did.
Really appreciate the door shelves allowing for tall items, too, ultimately making them easier to access while allowing more room on refrigerator interior shelves.

Lots of issue with door and drawers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought through Toll Brothers, the door is not aligned and the tech ordered a new door but did not guaranty that it will fix the issue.
The drawers are difficult to take out and clean. There is frost formation inside the fridge.
