[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my new Jenn-Aire refrigerator when my old GE died. Bought the cabinet ready and the dealer did not have the stainless doors in stock. On order and expect to arrive late February, almost three months after purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator as a replacement for a subzero that died and was unit able to be repaired while only 9 years old. The JennAir is significantly nicer on the interior, more ergonomically designed, and quieter. It’s a noticeable improvement over our previous refrigerator.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge in March and noticed a few days later we had to turn the temperatures down, in May we realize it was a problem as the freezer was now at 50°. They replaced the heater in June, and yesterday we realize the fridge is back up to 14° and rising.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this refrigerator for only a few weeks so I can’t comment on reliability yet, but the overall design is excellent! I love the obsidian interior and the LED lights. Everything is easy to see( less waste from forgotten items), the arrangement of the space optimizes storage, and the soft close drawers are great. The temperature control really helps with longer life of food.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the built-in refrigerator along with the applicable stainless steel panels/handles in October 2021. The refrigerator arrived in September 2022. The panels/handles finally arrived in February 2023.
My only significant issue with the refrigerator's functionality is the Ice Maker. The ice cubes melt together. I have tried many fixes to prevent this issue such as colder temps and lining the tray with paper. So far, nothing has worked.
Also, the tray is impossible to take out of the freezer if it's full of ice cubes because the door only opens 90 degrees. In other words, the tray is too large for the door opening so it has to be awkwardly twisted at a few angles to remove it. The process reminds me of a mini obstacle course.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All good except cannot figure out how to pull out the ice drawer to clean it. Any thoughts will be appreciated
