Disappointed in performance so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivered with damaged drawers that are now being replaced. No control over drawer temperatures so vegetables are freezing. Not even the level of temperature control previous 2016 model had. Ice maker is still very poor design as it’s quite difficult to remove ice storage container

On our second fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After looking for a 48” panel ready fridge/freezer for our new house we decided upon the Jenn-Air. Sadly the first one wouldn’t make ice and due to where the component was located the entire unit had to be replaced. Onto the second unit, stopped working after 6 months. This time it was the compressor and a board, only had to wait 6 weeks over Thanksgiving and Christmas to be repaired. Probably could have purchased a fridge for a fraction of the cost with no issues. Let’s hope this unit continues to function for months to come.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Compact
Cons: Bulky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've compared a number of 48" higher-end fridges, and JennAir came out on top due to its beautiful built-in look, with no grills and cavities at the top of the unit.
The black interior is a showstopper. All materials, seams, joints, hinges are solid and well-constructed.

water filling is noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the ice maker fills with water it is louder than any other fridge I have heard. And I have a problem with the doors. They need to be pushed closed . They do not close on their own easily
