Fingers crossed on second one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 6 months ago, it crashed, ruined all the food in the freezer and refrigerator. They came and replaced the control board. In no time it crashed again and ruined all the food in the freezer and refrigerator. They came out again after tearing out the unit to check electrical circuits which tested fine. Replaced the dryer and compressor. Crashed again, constantly tripping breakers and no control over heat during auto defrost. The same issue it has had since day one. So then they said total new unit. That has now been installed and is currently working, but we are not loading it with food yet. Builder doesn't want to redo the trim that was destroyed getting it out until we are all confident that it appears to work this time. About an 8 month ordeal so far.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Unstable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Second one just failed after 10 days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed first one in new build home, this unit is a built in model so everytime it needs work it has to be uninstalled, serviced, reinstalled. After 8 months and numerous attempts to repair including main control board and full compressor and dryer replacement, it was decided to replace the failed unit. New one, exact same model installed Aug 18, failed Aug 30. Didn't even make it 2 weeks.
Cons: Unstable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful Refigeeator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s only been 2 weeks since we had our new RISE, Jennair installed, but so far we love it. Not only is it spectacular looking from the outside, the Obsidian interior is very stylish too. But more importantly than the fridge’s beautiful looks, is how well it works keeping our food at the right temperature levels. So far we are very pleased with this product!
