Best accessory for the Big Joe

The Joetisserie is the most fun accessory available for the Big Joe. So many fun ways to cook food. Always a crowd pleaser. Add a Napoleon basket and you can literally cook almost anything on the spinner.

We purchased this last year and I could not be happier with the produce. Chicken, Beef / Lamb / Pork roasts all are simpley amazing when done over the charcoal on the rostisserie. Amazing amounts of juice, that fantastic smoke and charcoal taste... this has been the best accessory I have purchased for my Big Joe, and I pretty much have all of them! My only complaint is that the fit can be a little challenging to get 100% right as there's not simple way to line it all up between the lid and the base of the Big Joe.

Got this for a present on Christmas morning and had it set up and the 14 lb holiday ham on the JoeTisserie by noon. Best Christmas ham ever! Looking forward to seeing how it handles the prime rib roast for New Years! Did not come with great instructions, but pretty simple that I figured it out after a couple of adjustments.

I have this for my classic and use it for mainly wings with a basket and they are always great. I have done whole chickens as well but usually spatchcock them instead. I really love the charcoal cooking with the rotisserie as the flavor is unbelievable. I have a Weber Summit natural gas grill with a rotisserie but rarely used it in the ten years I've had it but have used the Joetisserie numerous times in the few weeks I've had it.
