[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using this with my Big Joe. My wife and I both love the flavor of the meals I’ve been making using this. I started with chicken. The crispy skin and flavor is awesome. I did Cornish Game Hens a couple of nights ago. I seasoned them with separate rubs. My wife loves lemon pepper and I like a little heat.
Next up is going to be a pork loin roast. Can’t wait.

Juiciest turkey ever made

Strong motor and easy to set up. I am only giving it 4 starts at this time because I don't believe it will handle the weight it states it will to rotate larger food items without burning the motor out, but hoping that is never the issue.

Versatile piece of equipment

This was the first accessory I bought for our KJBJ3. With it, we have easily cooked more than 200 lbs of wings on a Napoleon basket, shawarma, steaks, corn and vegetables for salsa. 7 years later and the motor is going strong. Highly recommended and a lot of fun.
