Slightly wrong size

I bought a Kamado JoeTisserie and didn’t unpack it until we moved, several months later. In the middle of the cook I realized I have a slightly smaller size than my Big Joe….the rotator ate a hole in my seal and it lid does not close well…..after looking ast the pictures, mine should be bigger. The package says Big Joe….but something is wrong.

Did a 11 lbs Turkey. Came out very well. Moist, but cooked. Can't close the lid tightly. Had to use a strap or it was nearly impossible to control the temperature. To much aid was getting in.

On Christmas Eve I used the JoeTisserie to cook a lamb on the Kamado Joe Konnect and it turned out delicious. Easy to assemble and use on your Kamado Joe. There is something to be said about roasting a piece of meat over open flames. It truly was awesome cooking experience.
