The new cover fits nice. I liked the clips on the bottom to secure the cover from being blown off on windy days. I had it on for less than a week when the red faded out to yellow. The rest of the cover faded as well. Good fit but looks like hell in less than a month. It looked awesome for about 2 weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Totally amazing the way my new Kamado Joe maintained its temp for 10hrs+ smoking a pork shoulder WITHOUT the use of the temp control device. The temp just didn't budge! I almost hate to say this, but I was a Big Green Egg user for 15 years, but the Kamado Joe just performed better. Cleanup is way easier as well.

Cover stitching falling apart and discolouration

Purchased the cover 3 months ago. Started discolouration 2 months after purchase of the cover and stitching. 3 months in, and the stitching is falling apart when you run your hands over it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
