It is fast, easy to operate and produces excellent text. Occasionally, it doesn’t respond when wirelessly directed to print. And I wish I could see on my iPad or iPhone some indication that it was responding to a print job as I am often in another room. I also wish it could load more paper as I frequently have to reload it. But its pluses far outweigh its minuses. I’m generally very happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good working printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE PRINTER WAS EASY TO SET UP. remove the packaging materials and turn it on. (I tend to not print out the alignment sheet because it burns through the color ink). The printer has a cycling glowing purple light and it sleeps in a low blue light with a green light on the side. I just turn the printer off when not in use. It has a button for color copies and a button for black and white copies. A cancel button, and an info button--no display, it's very basic. Print quality is much better than expected. print speed also better than expected. I will say the spooling time is significantly shorter than I'm used too (big win). It's a bit on the loud side if you have a home office like me, but not so much so that it wrecks my day. on that note the quiet mode in the settings did help with that.

Easy to use and start working right away.. ideal for people who work from home, it makes my life easier to have it! Apparently the ink is long-lasting and that's a plus that I love.. if you're looking to buy a printer I really recommend this Laser jet pro 4001n.

I enjoy that it is not crazy loud because as a WFH mom sometimes my son is asleep while I am working and I am usually scared to use the printer in fear of waking him up. I love that I am also able to get great colors prints done as well. From box to desk and that is a win in my mind!

Better than expected..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a die-hard HP fan and I always will be. I have never had a printer of this caliber ever. I never even looked further down the line past the basic printers. I am glad I got this one I did. When I do print business things, I like the way that this works. It's not noisy but you know it's working. It prints really fast and I like how the paper comes out on the top. I have worked with bigger printers before where you add the paper at the bottom and it works just like this one, but I have not personally had one for myself. I am really excited about this printer. It is the perfect size for a small business. I don't print very often and this is perfect for me, and my small business, and with me being a college student as well this comes in handy when I do have to print. This is a great bye for personal use as well as a small business. It all depends on how much you are printing and your needs for print. A definite must have printer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impress little printer it's light weight only like 19 pounds which I can handle it myself, I love this laserjet printer knowing it will help me save alot of money on ink and toners. Plus this printer runs very very fast, love it and my daughter love it too for her coloring book collection on drawing books.

Right balance of quality and price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first minor annoyance is that it doesn't come with the USB cable needed to complete setup, so you'll have to scramble to find one. The actual setup is fairly easy, and the quality and speed of printing are very good. The printer is also much quieter than its counterparts, and also has a good sized print tray all of which make for a very good overall experience. The extra ink is an added bonus so you won't be spending money on print supplies for a few weeks.
