Amazing first experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yesterday I finally used the Kamado Joe Big Joe Series I for the first time during a small get-together with friends, and it was an excellent experience. As soon as they saw it, everyone commented on the grill — it looks great, has a beautiful design, and really stands out.
What I love most is the ability to split the cooking surface into two zones. I was able to cook on one side directly over the fire, while keeping indirect heat on the other side, which is perfect to avoid overcooking. It also allowed me to keep food warm on one side while finishing the rest, which is extremely convenient when cooking for a group.
Temperature control is solid and gives you a lot of confidence while cooking. Overall, an outstanding first use and clearly a great purchase. I’m looking forward to using it a lot more.
