[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seven years ago my wife bought me an original Kamado Joe I loved it and used it year round something I never did with previous grills When I retired, I bought a Big Joe so I could cook larger turkeys and hams It worked great! I saw the Lil Joe on sale and had to have it! It arrived and I put it on my cook table I found it was perfect for everyday cooks for just my wife and I The whole line is perfect when cooking a variety of foods Meat is always juicy Pizza and breads are always crispy I cant say enough about these grills Thank you for perfecting these

My Go-To for Reverse Sear

I’m big on tri-tip, and this little guy handles reverse sear like a champ—slow it up to 125 with the deflector, then drop the grill down and sear it off for that killer crust. It’s small, but man does it pack a punch in flavor and versatility.
