Love my Big Joe

Grilling/smoking is so easy it’s unbelievable. I’ve gotten rid of my other grills and smokers. I’ll never need another !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of our favorite things to do is Pizza night we create a couple different artisan pizza’s and enjoy them with our family. We are loving how easy it is to smoke a pork shoulder and also the Salmon was a favorite.

Life Changing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Kamado Joe Classic I a few weeks ago after wanting a new grill and not being sure what would be the best option. Historically using propane, we really wanted to convert to charcoal. Researching ceramic grills for a few months, we decided to purchase a Kamado Joe over a Big Green Egg. Primarily due to the reputation for quality and capability. The price for what arguably is the same system, was also helpful in making the decision.
After owning the unit for a few weeks, we hardly cook on anything else. The flexibility, capability, ease of use, and quality of output is unlike any grill we have owned or I have had meals prepared on.

We have used ours for traditional burgers, chicken, pork, and sausages, but have also used it for pizza, chili (renedering ground beef over the chili below (… Yup!), and next on the list is a cornbread.
A colleague purchased theirs shortly after and has had the same experience. We actually talk about it probably too much.
Highly recommend this new addiction (you’ll quickly own enough accessories that you’ll need a place to put them all).
