When paired with Big Block charcoal, it maintains steady heat effortlessly for hours, making both low-and-slow cooks and high-heat sears stress-free. The consistency is unmatched—once it’s dialed in, it just stays there.
What I enjoy most is the whole experience of smoking on the Big Joe—it’s almost therapeutic. The Original and the Best
