Love mine so much I bought one for both of my sons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Joe a few years ago and learned quickly how to cook a great tenderloin steak. Take 2 filets about 2-2.5 inches thick, get the fire REAL hot, cook with top down 3 minutes per side, then close the vents and leave in with top down for 3 more minutes. I also learned quickly to open the vents before raising the top. Take them off and let rest and I would have perfectly seared medium rare steaks. My sons begin asking for the steaks for their birthday dinners telling me they were the best steaks they had ever had. So, one Christmas, I decided to buy them each their own. Now they enjoy their Joe as much as I enjoy mine. I've gotten pretty good at slow cooked ribs also. We love it!

Long awaited purchase

I have only used it 4 x but the results were as good as expected. I certainly did not need to spend 2 x the amount on another manufacturers product

Whether it’s salmon, chicken (whole or pieces, smoked or grilled) burgers, shrimp or trout…it all comes out great and delicious. My wife loves that I do so much of the cooking, and I love doing it! I am a big BBQ guy. I have cooked on all sorts of grills and smokers. By far this is one of my favorites! Hands down.
