Whether it’s salmon, chicken (whole or pieces, smoked or grilled) burgers, shrimp or trout…it all comes out great and delicious. My wife loves that I do so much of the cooking, and I love doing it! Thanks for having such a great product!!

I am a big BBQ guy. I have cooked on all sorts of grills and smokers. By far this is one of my favorites! Hands down.

When paired with Big Block charcoal, it maintains steady heat effortlessly for hours, making both low-and-slow cooks and high-heat sears stress-free.
