[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the classic 1 for about 4 years now and am still very satisfied, cooks great low and slow or fast and hot, durable and the warranty service is fast and easy, I've had to have the base of the firebox replaced this year.

Fun to Use, Amazing Food

It's not only fun to use, but brings an amazing flavor to anything I cook on it. Whether hot and fast or low and slow, it's amazing. Favorites are pulled pork, white chicken chili, and hamburgers.

I have perfected Briskets, Steaks and Baby Back Ribs! Best grill out on the market for real BBQ lovers and even for 1st timer's!

Great Little Kamado

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great for small Items. If I want to cook a smaller meal, I don't need to fill up the full size version. The Jr heats up faster. I currently have a Pellet grill that I will low temp smoke a steak then I through it on the Joe Jr to do a quick reverse sear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Joe a few years ago and learned quickly how to cook a great tenderloin steak. Take 2 filets about 2-2.5 inches thick, get the fire REAL hot, cook with top down 3 minutes per side, then close the vents and leave in with top down for 3 more minutes. I also learned quickly to open the vents before raising the top. Take them off and let rest and I would have perfectly seared medium rare steaks. My sons begin asking for the steaks for their birthday dinners telling me they were the best steaks they had ever had. So, one Christmas, I decided to buy them each their own. Now they enjoy their Joe as much as I enjoy mine. I've gotten pretty good at slow cooked ribs also. We love it!
