Great versatile grill!

It is large enough to smoke 3 - 4 full racks of ribs, grill lots of hamburgers, or chicken breasts, etc. It is capable of those great slow smokes, grilling either direct or indirect style, or searing steaks. It has been a fantastic grill.

The Kamado Joe Classic I has exceeded all of my expectations. Its versatility is unmatched—you can grill, smoke, roast, or bake with ease. The quality of the product is exceptional, built solidly and clearly designed to last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an original Big Joe and Kamado's support team worked with me to update my hinge and metal bands to fit my Big Joe with the original mold. They sent two sets of metal bands just to ensure I had everything needed. Great work Kamado team!

Great little cooker

I own a larger big green egg and thought it would just be a looker next to the BGE. But turns out I use the Joe Jr. way more than the BGE, it's quicker to start and it's great for the amount of meat I need to cook for dinner for my family.
