So fresh and so clean clean...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm amazed at how easy it is to perform a clean burn in this cooker. It took about 1 hour to run a clean burn to 700 degrees for about 30 minutes. The entire unit came out clean and ready for the rest of the season.

Love this thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had reservations about buying these grills because mainly the price, I’m retired and have to watch my milk money if you know what I mean. Anyway, I went ahead and bit the bullet and bought the Classic Joe and I am very happy I did. These things are marvelous. The food that comes off of them have inspired me to try more cooking on it and hopefully by Spring, I will be able to purchase the JoeTisserey and maybe the DoJoe. I’m going to add a couple pictures I made, one is a pork butt and the other is balogna bites and shrimp and sausage skewers. These were all simply delicious. Not sure what my next project will be but Labor Day is a few days away so we will have to see. Thanks Kamado Joe for the recipes I find in your emails.

I have smoked 4 butts at one time and used the Joetisserie for both chiicken wiings and whole chickens. Everything came out perfectly and I made a lot of people happy.
