The steak came out great and delicious, easy to use and clean. I’m already saving for the upgraded and bigger Joe. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Big Joe around 7-8 years ago and it still works great. I use to smoke and as a regular BBQ. Easy to use Holds temperature great. I’m glad I bought the big Joe I’m able fit a lot of ribs or whatever I’m cooking on the larger cooking surface.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm amazed at how easy it is to perform a clean burn in this cooker. It took about 1 hour to run a clean burn to 700 degrees for about 30 minutes. The entire unit came out clean and ready for the rest of the season.
