Kamado joe for the win

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my OG Joe 9.5 years ago. She has stood the test of time- In my opinion, bone in Chicken with light smoke is legit- ribs - fish- sausage- roast you name it you can can grill/smoke it on the Joe-
I did have to replace my inside heat shields - but after that amount of time and as much as I use it - I feel that is acceptable.
