Once I learned how to use the Joe it's the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can cook virtually any food and it comes out moist and delicious. You have to learn how to cook on the Joe but once you do it's a breeze. I love it.

We like the grill however, we had major issues with delivery company that Kamado Joe works with. Wish they wouldn’t be working with a company that doesn’t want to deliver a heavy item. Frustrating situation for customer.

Step 1: Did the coals go out and cool down. Yes!
Step 2: I was able to control my temp extremely well.
Step 3: I have determined that the my Komodo is a serious machine equal to the high-end machines in our Woodshop (we are woodworkers). Quality equipment!
Step 4: We understand smoking meat better.

I’ve had gas grills and pellet grills, this grill is the best in class. Such a great vessel for grilling but even better for smoking. This is the last grill I’ll ever buy. I use a combination of lump charcoal and wood I’ve processed myself for smoking.
