[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family surprised me with a Kamado Joe Classic 1 grill on Father’s Day 2024. I had fun putting it together and can’t wait to fire it up and grill some steaks, ribs, chicken…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Kamado Joe Junior for over a year now. I own numerous grills (several Webers) and smokers. However, with just my wife and I in the house, I find that I use the Joe Junior more than any other grill and with excellent results. I have used it for smoking, direct grilling, indirect roasting, etc. and it has performed great every time. My only advice - other than buy this thing - is to give your Kamado time to properly warm up and heat-soak the dome. That way you will get all the advantages of convection heat that the Kamados are known for. An outstanding value if you don't need to cook for a gaggle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Big Joe. I have used it every weekend since I bought it a few months ago. It does have a steep learning curve, but the results are phenomenal.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That is the definition of the Kamado Joe Jr., it has a 13.5" cooking surface, which is actually enough space for a family of 4. I have smoked a Pork Butt, Pork Tenderloins, Brats, Kabobs, and a Spatchcock Chicken. The Kamado Joe Jr. has all of the same features of its bigger brothers, and is a true joy to use. I love it. Plus it is somewhat portable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can cook virtually any food and it comes out moist and delicious. You have to learn how to cook on the Joe but once you do it's a breeze. I love it.
