The best for windy areas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in East side of Canada where the wind is omnipresent all days. So never a good day for BBQ! Since I bought my small red dragon, I'd never been so happy the play THE BBQ King whatever the weather. I'm sure it has been created for rough areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally decided to get a Komado Joe. I have been considering it for years because it looked like to much work to get finished products. Sorry I waited so long. This type of cooking is EASY! I watched a few videos and was off to the races. My first cook was a Boston Butt...unbelievably good and soooo easy. Did a smoked turkey breast and even some scallops and lobster tails. This can cook anything and once you use it, you will find even more things to cook/smoke. Dont hesitate, you will love it!

I was surprised how well it holds a steady temperature. Hardly need to check on it at all. Everything comes out juicy and done just right.
