Love My Kamado Joe Classic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a Kamado Joe Classic back in June of '2015, so I am fast approaching 10 years of use. I could not be happier with this product and its longevity. Frankly I was tired of purchasing a new propane grill every 4 years or so, as they just did not hold up very well. The Kamado Joe Classic has been different. I typically grill once or twice a week, (depending upon the season) and have been so pleased with the results, both the flavor of the foods I grill or smoke, and how the unit has held up to the wear and tear of constant grilling, sometimes at very high heat. I have only replaced the gasket (twice) and I was given an upgrade to an updated internal firebrick locking system a few years ago, after one of the original bricks developed a crack. The ceramic egg itself has been flawless. And the flavor I obtain from using the lump charcoal and a variety of smoke chips (currently cherry), is spectacular to say the least. I grill chicken, pork, brisket, pizza, vegetables etc. and everything always comes out amazing. My sister-in-law raves about my smoked chicken thighs, something I grill at least twice a month. I would certainly purchase a new Kamado Joe if anything ever happens to this one, however I think it will last another 10 years at least.

Best cooks ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Kamado Classic I as a Father's Day gift this year, you would not believe the perfect classic cooks I've made on it. I'm so pleased with my Classic joe I the temperature is to the "T" I don't have to use Meat Thermometer with probes to watch my cooks because the temperature on my Kamado thermostat is right on. I love the classic look and the wheels with locks for moving my kamado around. I highly recommend this product. Gotto go I'm ready to start another cook.

Perfect grill/ smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little grill smokes, grills direct and indirect and bakes. It uses a small amount of lump charcoal because the ceramic holds the heat. We have a large pellet smoker with propane grill. We love the flavor and ease of the little kamado. Great purchase
