10 Years of flawless performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grill 100+ days a year so I've fired this baby up more than 1000 times. Over the years I've replaced the felt 5 times and the fire box panels twice but other than that it's been maintenance free and consistently delivers even temperatures and great results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend this to anybody any skill level of cooking. You can grill burgers really quick or you can cook low and slow cook a pork butt or a brisket. It’s got great accessories. if they go on sale again, I may buy another one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Kamado Joe for several years and it's the best grill/smoker out there. I never have a problem. It just works every time! I love it so much that I bought several accessories that make it so versatile. I would rather be outside on the Kamado Joe than in the kitchen cooking. I can do everything on the grill that I can do inside and it tastes much better.

Amazing ability to hold heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first started using the Classic 1, I didn't really know how much charcoal to put into it. I read somewhere that 6 pounds was the most that should go in, but I wasn't sure how much that was. I found out later that I wasn't using very much at all compared to that. However, the temperature easily and quickly went up to 400-450, which was fine for doing burgers. I'm still learning how to cook on this grill, but I'm excited to have a high quality cooker in the backyard.

Love My Big Joe

I am able to fit everything for a large gathering all on one grill on several levels to not burn the more fragile items. My family loves the taste of the steaks I make on this grill. They want me to open my own restaurant or BBQ truck.
