[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first cook was a ribeye on my KJ1, night and day difference from my other grills. It’s hard to explain but there’s just something about Kamado Joe that’s superior to other kamado style grills. For me now it’s KJ or nothing

At this time KJ was in it's infantcy and very little marketing was available. This unit has been AMAZING and all I had hoped for in a cooker. I have cooked most anything and everything you can throw at it and it just continues to smoke on. If you are considering a kamado style cooker you need to go Kamado Joe and be part of a family. GETCHA ONE

Best Steaks (and Other Meals) We Have Even Eaten

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this grill a number of years ago as a gift for my daughter, and she has taken to it like a pro.
The meals she has had cooked on this grill are beyond delicious, and cannot be replicated on any other grill we have ever owned. I would go as far to say that it tastes better from this grill than even the chef's kitchen I installed for my wife!

Easy to light with excellent temperature control that makes cooking from low & slow to searing hot easy with outstanding results every time. We love it!
