Perfect Sizzle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a warm late summer afternoon and a cool breeze flows through the air. You can feel what season is coming next. You have set up and created the fire on your Classic Joe.
The surroundings have beautiful flowers that enhance sight and smell as well. Uplifting tunes playing in the background and a refreshing beverage ready for you. It’s enough to think you have it made.
There is a heart warming feeling of younger children running around giggling so freely. How magnificent. You get a warm kiss from your bride and a smirk that she is happy.
All is well. Your thick cut prime ribeye steaks have been marinading and now you’re ready. You place that gorgeous meat on the grill and that magic happens. The perfect sizzle.
Now, you just sent your senses into overload. You our anticipation is through the roof as you’ve been here before. You know what’s coming. Just hearing that sizzle makes your mouth water.
In a short while, all of your work is culminated to the point of your first bite. Prayer, toasts, smiles, oh my. The perfect sizzle, the perfect seasoning and the perfect bite of marbled juiciness and flavor. Life is so very good.

What took me so long.

Big perfrmance in a small package

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son bought one of these for his camper and cooked a prime rib on it. I was so impressed with it that I got one for myself! My wife and I are empty nesters and enjoy grilling. This is the perfect size for smaller groups. It fits well on the deck and gives us all of the flavor of the bigger Joe's. Could not be happier to be able to enjoy the taste of Kamado Joe cooked food with a size that fits our lifestyle!

Love my Joe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I purchased a Classic Joe 1 shortly after we got married 9 years ago. It has unquestionabye changed our lives. Smoking has become a primary hobby for both of us, as has collecting accessories and add ons to enhance our experience. The Joe has opened us up to another world of cooking we previously didn't know existed. We love exploring new foods and receipes which the versatility of Joe allows for. Smoking, cold smoking, searing, high heat pizzas, you name it and we've tried it. The Joe has provided a bonding experience for both of us and I wouldn't want any other grill.

Love our grill!!

It has held up through a lot of cooking and to our surprise has endured some weather events unscathed. No problems getting it to temp or holding it either. We had considered a competitor, but we are so happy we went with Kamado!!
