Divide and Conquer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned the Classic Joe since 2015 and can't say enough about how flexible it is for direct and indirect cooking for a small family. The divide and conquer makes it easy to cook chicken thighs direct and bake mac & cheese on the indirect side of the grill at the same time. We love our Kamado Joe Grill.

Opened Up A Whole New World

When Covid hit, and going out was no longer an option, I needed a new grill and took the plunge. Soon after, I got hooked and started bbqing 2-3 times a week and always looking for new recipes to try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am historically a gas grill kind of guy so as a 1st timer with a charcoal fueled grill I had to learn patience... patience to get the grill hot, patience to slow cook for getting the right smokey flavor, and patience to try a recipe out first with immediate family before letting my culinary skills be tested by guests. If you can learn this then you will be happy to be a Kamado Joe owner

Perfect for a reverse seared Tri-Tip for the family or just a steak for me on a work night. Have even done an 11lb pork butt, amazing how this little thin preforms!
