Great Cooking Experience

This thing is a BEAST, quick to light and come to temp. Seals up nicely and the food produced is at another level.

I've completed three smokes and two grills. Learning temperature control was easy and the Classic holds temp well. Lots of support online!

The Pellet Joe makes it so easy

Easiest cooker I've ever had. With it being ceramic also holds heat way better than other smokers with thin metal. Some people say you don't get much smoke flavor with pellets but get some good quality pellets and let this beast take over!
