[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a used Kamado Joe Classic that had been damaged in a fall and the previous owner didn't want to refurbish it. I replaced the top lid, ceramic half moon inserts, bottom grate, and top vent. To me, this thing is now like a new grill, and I can't wait to explore it's capabilities. Two racks for cooking at different Temps, indirect / direct cooking. I need to learn these basics, but I'm hoping to branch out too and maybe get a pizza stone to try a pizza on the grill too. However, I'm hoping to just start with some of the basics like burgers and steaks. I.can envision having people over for a picnic and just having a non rushed time of fun and food together around the Kamado in the backyard.

Love The Versatility of this great grill!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my grill over the Summer and I love it. The heat is all around your food. It smokes, it grills, it sears, it cooks pizza, you can even make stew in it. I love how it cooks any kind of meat. I also have a food allergy vegan in my house and the vegetables are delicious.

This is a game changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this grill. I added a couple tweaks including the basket, control tower, and replaced the gasket with wire mesh. I enjoyed it from day 1. Then I added the Jotisserie and cooked a Picanha steak. As good as the best Brazilian BBQ!
