Great addition to the backyard!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I added the Big Joe to my backyard, cooking area, which currently consisted of the Joe Junior and a Weber Genesis for quick cooks. The Big Joe is by my bar my favorite size for family gatherings. It’s perfect for our Thanksgiving turkey every year any big cooks I’ve done five racks of ribs all at once pizza. If you’re thinking about getting Joe and have the room for the big boy go for it.

Still looks new.
The great thing about the Joe is, you can do anything with it.
I have reverse seared steaks and roasts, smoked ribs, brisket, and pork buts.
Made home cured bacon. Cold smoked cheese.
Cooked pizza, steaks, burgers, hot dogs, etc.
Still looks new.

It is a one size fits all and does a great job on every cook.
I have done a 24 hour smoke on one load of hardwood charcoal.
