The BEST!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Big Joe in Saudi Arabia in 2013. I've cooked hundreds of chickens, over 100 kg of wings, 1000s of steaks, over 50 briskets, and on and on. I liked it so much that when I retired, I shipped it home. It's well-worn, that's for sure, but I've been standing in front of grills since 1980, and this is the best cooking device I've ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Kamado Classic I as a Father's Day gift this year, you would not believe the is perfect classic cooks I've made on it. I'm so pleased with my Classic joe I the temperature is to the "T" I don't have to use Meat Thermometer with probes to watch my cooks because the temperature on my Kamado thermostat is right on. I love the classic look and the wheels with locks for moving my kamado around. I highly recommend this product. Gotto go I'm ready to start another cook.

I have now owned My Kamado Joe for a couple of months. I thought it would be challenging to learn how to use however, after watching videos, I have got nothing but acclaim from the family. It’s amazing the difference in the outcome of the food as compared to my DCS grill. The flavor and taste is amazing!! Now if I could only figure out how to grill vegetables!!

I have had my Kamado for almost 2 years now, and it is an amazing Grill. I continue to learn new techniques and improve each time I use it. It’s an investment, but highly recommend for the serious Grill Master.

This thing is so fun to cook on, I like to use it at home when cooking for only 2 people. The stand makes it easy to move around, I can pick it up myself. Also the stand keeps the Jr high enough off the ground it can set it on anything without worrying about the heat damaging it. Speaking of heat this thing can get over 600 degrees fast. I use it at home more than the regular but I can’t wait to take it RVing with us.

I was very excited to receive my Kamado. I have always owned a charcoal grill but never this style. I thought it was a good price point to start my Kamado Journey. The first cook was some thick center cut chops done on direct. Amazing cook and flavor from the lump charcoal. I then moved onto a Whole chicken on indirect and it was amazing again. I have done Lamb Steaks, Burgers and steaks. I have not ventured into smoking yet but can't wait to try. It takes a short learning curve to get the charcoal lit properly and adjust the temperature but I am very happy so far. My next experiment will be Pizza , just waiting for my stone.
