[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a gas grill guy, a friend bought a green competitor and raved about it. My favorite color is red! I bought a classic for my son and he raved about it! I bought a classic, made my first frozen pizza ,gave away a brand new gas grill and never looked back. I miss it like crazy when I go camping and can’t take it.

Best cooker ever

I have literally recommended it to every guest we have had and friends all over the internet. I swear by it and i love it so much i bought a Joe Jr as well. These are the perfect cookers. Not smokers. But COOKERS.

Designed, engineered and built better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to own a large Big Green Egg, but I lost it in a divorce. It’s the only thing I missed from my previous life. As soon as the opportunity arouse, I purchased a Kamado Joe. I did this after researching the pluses and minuses of each product. There are so many things about the Kamado Joe that are better that I don’t know where to start. One thing I always come back to is the crisp and solid latching mechanism. It is so much better than the competition. I also love the “divide and conquer “ system of direct and indirect cooking. Top to bottom, the Kamado Joe is better. Even the locking castors are a work of art!

The Big Joe Rocks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this Joe for years and it never disappoints me. You can go low and slow for great Texas Brisket or crank it up for steak. Once you learn to control the air, it is almost set and forget. It will easily go all night on a load of lump charcoal too.
