Didn't know a thing about ceramic grills/smokers, but it looked like a quality item. Boy am I hooked! I've smoked so many racks of ribs and grilled even more meals. I highly recommend this quality grill.

Instead of heating up your kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bake my daily sourdough loaf in my Joe Jr. Then I tend to use it all day long to either smoke my dinner meat, or later in the day, I can cook something at a higher heat. It sure beats warming up my kitchen in the summer. I have purchased Joe Jrs. for both of my daughters.

Perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you only need a small grill for 2 people this is the best grill/smoker ever. holds a constant temperature for hours and is so easy to control. I have smoked many different meats for 8 hours without haveing to add any coal and all.
