[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my Classic Joe 1 for maybe 4 years now and this thing is a beast. The Best Bang for your buck among the other models. This thing can do everything from smoking, grilling, rotisserie, pizza, baking etc.

When paired with Big Block charcoal, it maintains steady heat effortlessly for hours, making both low-and-slow cooks and high-heat sears stress-free. The consistency is unmatched—once it’s dialed in, it just stays there.
What I enjoy most is the whole experience of smoking on the Big Joe—it’s almost therapeutic. I am a big BBQ guy. I have cooked on all sorts of grills and smokers. By far this is one of my favorites! Hands down.
