When paired with Big Block charcoal, it maintains steady heat effortlessly for hours, making both low-and-slow cooks and high-heat sears stress-free. The consistency is unmatched—once it’s dialed in, it just stays there.
What I enjoy most is the whole experience of smoking on the Big Joe—it’s almost therapeutic. The craftsmanship, the even heat, and the flavor it produces all combine to make cooking an absolute pleasure. I am a big BBQ guy. I have cooked on all sorts of grills and smokers. By far this is one of my favorites! Hands down.
