My new favorite grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had many different types and brands of grills throughout my life, and have always been let down by either durability, lack of versatility or overall quality in one way or another. After using my dad's BGE, I knew I had to get me a kamado. After much research, I decided to go with the Classic Joe 1 and it's been amazing from the start. I've cooked low and slow, direct heat, reverse sear, done pizzas, wings, baked breads... This thing is so versatile, consistent, and food always comes out amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fantastic Grill!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brother in law gave me the Joe Jr as a housewarming gift. I recently fired it up and smoked Dino Ribs on it then pulled out the deflector plate and grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, and sausages. This little grill flat out amazed me! It kept a perfect 250 degrees throughout the time I was smoking the ribs and then after adding a few more coals I was able to get it up to a nice hot temperature for grilling. I would say this is perfect for my wife and I and maybe another couple but would be small for a family gathering. For that I would definitely recommend the Original Joe or larger. Looking forward to many more outing on the Joe Jr!
