It was a gotta have for me

My wife bought this for me several years ago for my birthday. After decades of cooking on gas grills, I needed to get back to my basics of cooking on charcoal like I did before gas grill were even available. This unit has has all the basics covered and more. Accessories such as the Do Joe, Jotisserie, Napolean basket make this about as versatile as you can get if you are a backyard barbecue wanna be like me.

Just smoked a brisket for over 10 hours and the firebox was still half full of charcoal! Amazing how little fuel it uses!

My husband and I got a great deal on the Kamado Joe and we are so happy we got it. We have made a range of meals including steaks, vegetables, pork butts, napolean-style pizza, turkeys, beer can chicken, etc. The Kamado Joe is high quality and puts out excellent food. We are happy with the features and have even purchased some of the accessories. Our next grill will definitely be a Kamado Joe - we are hooked!

I’ve had my Kamado Joe Classic for years. I used to have four grills; gas, charcoal, a small and a large smoker. My wife was hesitant to let my buy my Joe because I already had so many. After the first cook, she said “Ok, I’m glad I let you buy that”. After cooking in the Joe for a while, I got rid of all the other grills. There was no need for me to keep them since the Joe does it all. I don’t even have to bake in the house anymore. No matter what’s cooked on it, it’s amazing!!
