Best Grill I've had to date

This Grill is great with the Box divider it's wonderful I have the Big Joe so it will feed multitudes of different size families so you're not wasting charcoal or anything with the divider in the Box

We absolutely love ours. Spacious and the multi zone really helps with cooking multiple meat options. We also have the rotisserie as well and it has come in handy multiple times for big gathering.

Still getting used to it

Happy so far with my Big Joe III, though I must admit, I'm still getting used to it. Prior BBQ was a Weber kettle. The Kamado is definitely more efficient with fuel, but the lump charcoal takes a bit more to get ready. A good tip I got was to wait until the dome is hot to the touch so you get the radiant heat back down from the top. Meat came out tasty and a bit more moist than with the Weber. I suspect I'm going to be learning for quite a while.

It’s worth it!

My only regret is waiting so long to buy it. I was intimidated and wasn’t sure how easy it would be to move from my old pellet grill to the Kamado but the learning curve was simpler than I expected and my family has raved about the flavor of food compared to pellets. Definitely worth the investment.

Excellence Reliable Very Tasty

Now I‘m cooking 5 years on my KJ. It's a very reliable kamado. Once set up, my grill runs like a Swiss watch. The coal consumption is unbeatable. I'm very satisfied with the value for money.
The range of applications, from cold smoking, roasting, baking, long jobs, to searing, is also very interesting to me.
If you ask me, I would buy my CX III again in a heartbeat.

I PURCHASED MY "JOE" SEVERAL YEARS AGO. TRULY ENJOYED THE FLAVOR OF THE FOOD AFTER COOKING. THE ROTISSERIE DOES EXCELLENT WHEN COOKING A RIB ROAST, OR TURKEY FOR THE HOLIDAYS. I RECOMEND THE "JOE" TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!
