Kamado Joe - Classic Joe - Series II

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill has exceeded all my expectations. It is very versatile whether you are smoking something for 12+ hours or cooking something quick. The grill hold temperature great for longer cooking sessions and is easy to control the temperatures by adjusting the air flow slots. Everything that is cooked on this grill has great taste and the different types of grates/accessories that you can buy can basically make it the only grill that you need in your out door kitchen.
Additionally the build quality of the grill is great. I've cooked on my grill for the last 4 years and haven't had any issues. One last thing that I really enjoy about the Kamado Joe is that it comes with everything you need when you buy it and the hydraulic assisted lid makes it very easy to open and shut the grill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fantastic grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying several different types of smokers (propane, electric, etc.) I finally took the dive and bought the classic 3 kamado joe and believe me I have never looked back. I compared this to the large big green egg but it just couldn't stand up to all the features and accessories provided by the KJ all in one package. You can save yourself some time by getting the KJ believe me the BGE just doesn't stand up. Love this thing thinking of getting one of the big Joe's Don't have any pictures of the grill itself but here is a few of the product that was cooked on it. Smoked Meatloaf and smoked turkey breast. Anybody hungry?

Why Kamado Joe?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son I law uses a Big Green Egg and my Kamado Joe is hands down superior in every way. The split cooking grids, the locking seal the better accessories make the Kamado Joe by far the better bbq to buy.

What started out as a Fathers Day gift launched us head first into our new addiction! I'm calling it "The Goldie Locks" affect! My wife got me a Joe Jr. not realizing it alone would ruin eating out for us forever! The Joe Jr. single handedly introduced us to the incredible world Kamado Joe offers to its customer base. Perfect for the quick grilling fix the Joe Jr. is easy on resources and fit our families needs like a glove! As luck would have it the universe placed a deal for a Big Joe at my feet I could not pass up and I didn't! As the name suggests the Big Joe is always ready for huge amounts of pleasure. Grilling on both our Big Joe and Joe Jr. convinced us of the the power offered by a kamado style grille. Experiencing the benefits of both made it easy to recognize the value in a Classic Series 3. The Classic Series 3 is a versatile powerhouse that can handle it all and we absolutely love it! From low and slow, indirect or direct grilling the grille offers every angle of attack! We have yet to come across a cook that this grill hasn't crushed! Each of these beloved family members have a place in our hearts and our cooking needs.
