[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for a couple of years now.. yes, smoking is an art, yes, it takes time.. but the results are nothing less than amazing… the big Joe features, ease of use, hold the temp like none other.. the size is perfect for a large brisket, or many steaks.. love it!

Big Joe III: Still a Beast, Even Used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Kamado Joe Big Joe Series 3 used, and it hasn’t let me down. The ceramic body holds heat like a pro, even after years of use. The Air Lift Hinge makes opening the heavy lid super easy, and the SloRoller is a game-changer for smoking—it circulates smoke evenly, creating amazing flavor.
Despite being secondhand, it’s in great shape and performs like new. If you’re hesitant about buying used, don’t be. This grill is built to last and is worth every penny. Best used buy I’ve made.

The recipes on the website have all turned out delicious! I don’t think I’ll ever make chicken using any other grill again. We couldn’t believe how amazing and juicy it turns out every time!
