I've done 4 cooks on it in the past few weeks and the food tastes amazing each time even though my first cook didn't go great. It's being a bit of a learning curve but Smoking Dad BBQ on YouTube really helped learn how to control the heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was originally deciding between a classic and a big Joe. But decided I wanted a bigger area, for when we entertained. Then it was deciding between the Classic II and Classic III, I spent for the Classic III, because I wanted the 3 tier system and the slo roller. It ended being a good choice. Happy with my purchase, have made beer can chicken, pork butt, a couple of rack of ribs, and a brisket. All came out great. Really looking forward to my next accessory, JoeTisserie :)
