Great Grill for all kinds of cooks!

After buying a Joe Jr and discovering how wonderful everything we cooked on it tasted, we decided to buy a Big Joe III so we could introduce the whole family to the amazing food that this grill could produce. While turkey may be traditional, it was never very well received by the family. That is, until we smoked it on the Big Joe the year we got it. There was no turkey left after the meal it was such a big hit. The next time, we made two turkeys so we could have some for leftovers. Even with two 24 lb. birds, we barely had any left overs that year too! Exploring all the amazing things that can be made on this grill has been an amazing culinary journey! We love the economy of fuel, the amazing cooking multi surfaces, and the versatility of the soapstone. And I am so glad we opted for the Big Joe as it allows us to accommodate cooking for family gatherings or just for the immediate family, whatever is needed. We still use our Joe Jr. too, but our Big Joe is our favorite!

Reverse Searing, Smoked Turkey to Pizza and every one is so excited to sit down because it always turns out wonderful. I also enjoy the process and get excited to try new recipes the Kamado is so versatile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had out Classic Joe for over a year and we can’t be happy enough with it! We became a Kamado enthusiasts soon as we got it. Nothing compares to it. Grills and smokes very well. Our family enjoys cooking in our patio with our Classic Joe. It’s worth it that it makes our family closer as we enjoy the food from our Kamado.
