[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a first time Kamado user, but I am hooked! The Kamado Joe is the SUV of back yard cooking. With other grills it’s too hard to regulate the temperature, the Joe is set it and forget it. Once you have the temperature you need it will hold temperature for hours!! Perfect for BBQ, I’ve done brisket, pulled pork, chicken all better and easier than anything I’ve cooked on before. Then throw in some grill action, steak, burgers, venison, sausage. A favorite for my family has been smoked caso. I would highly recommend Kamado Joe III with the slow roller!

The perfect grill/smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago and I cook on it Atleast once a week! Low and slow smoking is my favorite but I’ve cooked pizza at 850 degrees seared some tomahawk ribeyes on very high temps!
