Perfect for large gatherings

Incredible value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve own my BJ3 for close to 5 years now and can’t recommend it enough. So much so that I also picked up a Joe Jr a year later.
The surface area to smoke a brisket or grill chicken while conserving charcoal is perfect. Ceramic holds the cook chamber temperature incredibly consistent with proper vent adjustment, two fingers open on the bottom and to the first mark on the tower.
The only issues I’ve noticed is how hard it is to align the firebox ceramics with the stainless steel cap after cleaning which needs to be done at least once a year to clean out any ash that has settled behind the ceramics. The steel stand also chips and rusts fairly easily so be sure to take care of your stand.
I spent a lot of time researching and comparing ceramic grills before choosing my BJ3. The included accessories, size and value for the price was unmatched. I couldn’t be happier!

Awesome Multifunctional Cooking Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the stand alone Big Joe 3 about two months ago. The grill was packaged very well and arrived earlier than expected. I’m still in the process of finishing my outdoor kitchen but couldn’t wait to use it so I set it up on some cinder blocks. The first few cooks have been awesome! I’m constantly using the recipes from the website and YouTube. My dream is to start my own YouTube channel and use this as one of the main features. I’ll send so pictures when it’s installed. Absolutely love it so far!
