[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set three years ago and have cooked thousands of pounds of meats of all kinds. Amazing flexibility and quality. Yes, expensive, but if you have the budget go for it! I'd buy it again if I had to. Make sure to have at least 3-4 strong people to place this if it's going to sit on a counter. The size allows me to make large size pizza and breads. Countless benefits and possibilities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill is so versatile. I love that I can smoke a brisket or shoulder at 225 or cook a pizza at 700 degrees. The basket holds enough charcoal to smoke a brisket for at least 16 hours (that's the longest I've done and never ran out of fuel). It comes with a lot of accessories- find what works for you but I recommend the soap stone half moon as the single most helpful.
