Best of All Kamado grills on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my Big Joe for 2.5 years and it has bested my expectations I owned a large Big Green Egg and a Large Vision Kamado grills before relocating and deciding to try a Big Joe. The slow smoker and easier grill positioning features sold me. The slow smoker is beyond fabulous and the grill grates positioning is a huge improvement over my other grills. The top grill hinges are far superior to the Big Green Egg and the cooking area is also superior to both other grills I’ve owned.

Kamado convert

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this kamado for about a year, it's been amazing so far! First time I ever used a kamado, I burnt it all! But then at my uncle's I was converted from Argentinian grills. I immediately bought one after researching all kamado grills. I knew I had to have a kamado joe and I have loved every second of it. I grill almost every week, whether it's smoking, or cooking, or grilling, I turn that on every weekend. The amount of heat it retains is great and the slo roller definitely infused the meat with a significant amount of smoke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost everything I have cooked has turned out great, thanks in part to the videos provided by Chef Eric Gephart on YouTube. I love the ability to cook direct, cook in-direct, reverse sear and smoke. Must have accessories include the Grill Gun, Cast Iron Grates, and Cast Iron Half Moon. Couple those with a large Cast Iron Skillet and there is very little you can't cook. My favorites include Double Cut Pork Chops, Smash Burgers, Turkey Breast, Shrimp Tacos, Split Rib Eye, Scallops, Beef Tenderloin, Spatchcock Turkey, Flank Steak, and Duck Breast to name a few. There is a pretty good learning curve, but it does not take long to develop your confidence. The only issue I had was with the bottom gasket. I spilled something on it and it came loose. As a result, I removed it and the air seal is fine without it.

Stick burners, electric smokers, regular charcoal grills, pellet grills, But I finally got the KBJIII and it does it all! No need for any other grill ever again. Super easy to maintain the temperature I want, which is what I was always afraid of before. The beatuiful Kamado Joe brings my family together over fabulous meals with wonderful BBQ flavor. Never dry meat due to the superb efficiency.
