Great product - poor service

I bought the unused big joe at a yard sale. I called to get support. I understand the reasoning not to transfer the warranty because I don’t buy to new. I called and got a manual and felt alone getting this unit up and running. Searched online for the parts I needed and watched a lot of YouTube videos. Got the parts and have been cooking on it every chance I get. It is amazing and really love it. Just sad I couldn’t get any support because I didn’t buy it new. I understand.

Everything went great except for never receiving the fire starts and due to covid the driver signing the ticket so no way to get a refund but other than that everything was fine

Was going to buy the BGE until a buddy told me about Kamado Joe. So stoked with it!! Fun trying out all of the different foods. Opened up a whole other world to me!!!

Purchased a couple of months ago and averaged 4 to 5 cooks a week on it and it takes your cooking to another level of enjoyment and quality. I went from a Weber charcoal and never looked back, it has become an obsession and my family loves everything cooked on the Kamado Joe.
