[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought Joe jr first to test my charcoal skills after successful I purchased kjIII and love it. No more gas grill ever for me. I can smoke and grill.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my big Joe about a year ago. I have cooked smoked baked pretty much anything you can think of especially like cooking. Homemade pizzas in the Joe. Quality is second to none as I have maintained a 225° cook for over 20 hours without adding additional coals. Product is well worth the investment!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kamado Joe Classic 3 has made me a grilling machine!! I now consistently cook the finest brisket and prime rib roast! Best purchase I have made!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 plus years and it works flawlessly. We cook on it 2 plus times a week in Spring/Summer and at least once a week in Winter.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Kamado Joe Classic Joe III about 2 years ago, and followed the "Smoking Dad BBQ" video "The FIVE COOKS that will help you MASTER your Kamado Joe", along with many other videos on You Tube. I am someone who rarely eats pork, doesn't really like chicken, and maybe once a year eats red meat. I don't eat smoked food much because... well, it's just to smokey. I thought I always hated the taste of charcoal. Enter the Kamado Joe Classic Joe III. My husband talked me into it, since I do all of the cooking including the BBQ, you can imagine it took awhile! Well the way this cooks, is amazing. I love it from the wonderful addition of the slow roller, to the rotisserie, and the 3-Tier Divide & Conquer Flexible Cooking System. The kontrol tower makes keeping a steady temperature so simple, and I love the ease of ash clean up! Also I am a woman, with minimal upper body strength, and it is so easy to lift the Dome with the air lift hinge. Last year, 3 weeks before Fathers Day I started cooking the 5 cooks to help you master the Kamado Joe. They all came out pretty well, then I tried the Brisket, which is something my Dad loves, and I almost died when I made it, I Was In LOVE! I made it twice before Fathers Day and then brought it for Fathers Day. My Dad thinks I can cook anything now! Then 2 weeks later we had our Summer party and I made it again, I am not sure if I will ever get tired of Brisket! The reverse seared Ribeye was amazing. Kamado Joe has opened up my eyes to so many possibilities with charcoal and wood. And of course my old standbys, Fish and vegies, are great on it as well!
