I have done several top-notch cooks, including steaks, pull pork, pizza, bread, lamb shoulder, beef jerky, salmon, branzino, sea bass, tuna, smoked ribs, brisket, vegetables, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this grill, I call it the Cadillac bc of how smooth and easy it is to run. Ive never had a grill that was truly this easy. It honestly runs itself once you get your target temp set up which is pretty easy to do. Ive cooked countless meals on this KJC3, both hot & fast and long slow cooks. And while accessories are not needed to put on the table an excellent beautifully cooked meal the accessories are full of fun too. You just can't beat the value you get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill is great--I use it for both grilling and smoking. Once you learn the tricks to maintain the temperature you want, it's fantastic. The side of the Big Joe is amazingly large--so much cooking room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this 2-3 times a week. I’ve never had a more versatile grill. I smoke everything from trout to brisket low and slow. I also grill at high temps on both direct and indirect heat. There’s nothing this grill can’t do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always felt that wood grills have a superior flavor to gas grills, no matter what tricks you try to use with gas grills and wood chunks or smoke generators. I bought my Kamado Joe to reverse sear Sous Vide steaks and man, the flavor is out of this world! There is no char I have ever been able to match against my Kamado Joe. It is simply the best, and I have tried quite a few, including smokers. It has become my favorite grill in a very short time. I would buy this again.

Excellent and easy to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Classic III for nearly 5 years now and it was my first venture into charcoal grilling. The thought was intimidating, but after years watching grilling videos I decided it would be the best type of cooker both for versatility and ease of learning. It does take a little practice to get temperatures dialed in and to maintain them, but once you learn the basics it is a breeze! By far produced some of my best BBQ and grilled recipes yet. They also put out so many videos of recipes and tutorials that anyone can learn it! Very happy with my investment!

I went with the Classic III because of the accessories that came with it. The sloroller, 3-Tier Divide & Conquer Cooking System,Stainless Steel Charcoal Basket with the 1/2 basket separator. I now have control over all of my cooking / Smoking all on my Kamado Joe Classic III at 3 different levels of heat, This makes everything simple. I have added the Pizza DoJoe & Joetisserie to expand everything I can do with my Kamado Joe Classic III
