Versatile cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the classic joe seris 3 for my birthday last year. Moved up from a pellet smoker and a weber and never looked back. This grill does it all. From burgers and steaks, ribs, brisket, rotisserie chicken, picanha, scallops on the soapstone, it can’t be beat. The split cooking system also allows for lots of versatile cooking.

The most versatile grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone knows the quality of Kanata Joe I’ve had classic three for about five years now and this is my most used grill. I can use it for long and slow cooks, I can use it for extremely high sea and anything in between, also the charcoal flavor is amazing, and cannot be replaced with anything my truly most favorite go to workhorse!

I’ve tried everything from low and slow brisket to ribs chicken and reverse sear steaks and tri tip. Still lots to learn but getting there. Very happy to have it and I get to acquire all these cooking accessories which drives my wife crazy!
