Love my Big Joe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased series 3 grill about 4 months ago and am very happy with purchase. Item was excellently packaged and due to it being very susceptible to breakage, I was very concerned. Could not of been packaged any better. Grill works great, just taking time to find out best way to control heat. Just smoked some salmon for 8 hours and it turn out perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

A great new part of our life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start from the outside and work my way in. The exterior is so stylish: our friends and neighbors are enamored of it from first sight. That scarlet red, that shape, that sense of serious cooking. And as you move in, a great versatility of configurations -- one grill, two; deflectors, separator, drip pan holder. There is no dogmatic aspect to this and you can configure it according to needs and desires. It builds up great heat. We've had it only a few weeks but have used it for great dishes ranging from crusty pizza to perfect steak. I so look forward to getting into it more.

Versatile workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Big Joe III is a versatile grill for diverse cooking styles. Its large size makes it easy to do two zone cooking or not need to always use multiple levels or move hot grates around. I like that it can cook everything from searing steaks to slow-smoking. It's a premium price but it's an all-in-one champ that gives great results. All I need in my backyard is a Big Joe III and a flat top to do just anything!

Best Charcoal Grill in the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this right after it was released years ago. It’s been 5 years and still going strong. Very well made, easy to clean and the best part is it stays hot due to the unique shape and holds the heat very well. I purchased different cooking grates and stones and they are well worth the extra cost as it becomes only more fun. I also added the rotisserie tool and the pizza oven. This thing is an all in one grill that can cook anything you throw to it. A first timer or a an experienced bbq person, it is something anyone should have.

amazing foodyou can make off a kamado is so worth it. Cuicken, pizza, steaks, ribs, roasts and veggies taste so awesome my family just gobbles it up and the leftovers the next day are gone by noon!
